Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone knows of a good Gyoza Dipping Sauce recipe!? There's lots out there but I just wanted to see if anyone had a favourite or if they're all pretty similar anyway?

This is my favorite Gyoza Dipping Sauce recipe. I used to make a spicy gyoza sauce. 1/3 cup rice vinegar 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper Just simple as that. :)

Mine is pretty similar too...

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/8 cup sliced scallions
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sugar

* 1/3 cup soy sauce (we like the low-sodium variety)
* 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
* 1 tablespoon sesame oil
* Tabasco sauce or hot sauce (We use sriracha)
* 1 pinch sugar (optional)
Also you could add fresh ingredients (like ginger or garlic), you may only be able to store the sauce for a week or two.
