You are an angel for posting this! I grew up on the stuff. If you are brave enough you eat a quarter teaspoon from the jar. Great for stuffy noses. Wonderful product! Great on lamb!!

Allyson it is good to hear from a fellow mustard lover! I also think it goes surprisingly well as a spread (instead of butter or margerine) for a cheddar cheese sandwich. I can't say I've ever eaten it on its own straight from the jar...
