Thanks for the article. Yes, emotions are definately the important ingredients! I read books by Dr. Wayne Dyer and he says you have to summon the feelings and experience them as if they are real because your brain doesn't know the difference.
Did anyone see the movie "What the Bleep do we Know?" It talked about thoughts influencing water. It was a terrific movie and very eye-opening on the subject of how we can influence our lives with thought.

What the BLeep was a great movie! I also like The Secret. They are both movies I watch over and over and over again <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
A friend sent me a link to watch The Secret on the internet so I am planning to do that. She highly recommended it also.
I think it's good to watch these movies over and over as you miss some things the first time around and also it's good to be reminded of their messages.
I also re-read various books I have and write down quotes from them in my journal so I can remember important points.
