I just heard abt the EFT and want to try it out on my little one who has an irritable bowel.
I am considering surrogate or mental EFT.
But am not sure if i understand it correctly.
Surrogate-i say I am ..my sons name...even though i have an irritable bowel i accept and love myself fully. and I tap on my energy points.I do the entire Basic Recipe.
IS this correct?

Mental-I picturise my little one and his problem and mentally tap on my energy points.But how do i go abt with the gamut procedure?

Kindly help someone.I am desperate to help my baby.

Sounds good to me! Some of my family members have used it for years. I think you've got the right idea.

I don't know that much, but recently when I started losing my voice when I needed to sing, I did some taps around my eyebrows and it helped a lot.

I have a friend who cured his own prostate cancer, largely with the help of EFT. It's powerful medicine!
