I like the fact that all her recipes are easy to follow, both in the style she writes and the font used in the book. I can lay the cookbook open on my kitchen table and standing next to it see the type easily.

How many of you, like me, love soup?
Today, mushroom soup, including swiss chard and parsley from the garden ...
The author adds greens to some of the recipes. This weekend I tried adding chopped Belgium endive just before serving, letting it wilt first - success.
