Tonight I put 2 cans of chicken soup in the crock pot with pieces of chicken and rice. It was really easy to do and it smells delicious.

I love the crockpot. Such home-y meals and smells come from a crockpot.

In commemoration of Earth Day today, I will prepare lettuce wraps for dinner. Filled with shredded broccoli, carrots, red onion. I'll have seasoned tofu in mine while the rest of the family will have chopped, marinated chicken breast in theirs.

Peanut sauce and Orange Chile sauce will give them savory, sweet flavor.
