Hi! I am new to this Forum and wonder if you can help? I live in one of the outer islands off Mainland Orkney (about two and a half hours from mainland Scotland) My sister in Canada recently sent me a packet of 'Spike', and I really like it for seasoning various dishes. Could anybody give me an idea how to make a mix like this, as I can't get anything like this here and I don't want to keep on asking my sister for it? Anyway, I'd rather mix my own using my own herbs as much as possible.
