Great article, Rebecca. I have always been interested in herbal remedies and use them often for many different ailments and well being. I learned from my father and from studying the ways of Native American peoples. Garlic is a mainstay in my daily diet and helps so much for maintaining good health.

There is so much to be obtained from herbs that we ignore because it is 'foolishness' from days gone by. Funny how all that foolishness is turning out to be a wee bit of wisdom
