I'm trying to edit the skin in my new WordPress blog and am having some issues with CSS. I generally did a good job making the blog look the way I wanted -

However on the right the categories and dates are intended too much. Also there's no margin between the titles and the sidebar.

How do I move those entities? I thought I'd tried every CSS element by now!

OK I figured it out! I needed to override the master UL's setting for its margins. I did that and the items moved!

Now I am trying to get the dates (beneath the titles) to slide up a bit. There's too much space between each title and the date below it. I've tried a variety of things but they won't move closer together. Any ideas?

Try something like this - <P style="�margin: " 50px�> and modify the margin as needed.

Just make sure to create a new P tag just for the date or it will change the parapragh spacing across the site.

Customizing WordPress is not as easy as they make it sound...
