What exactly is Metabolic Syndrome?
I was told the condition is diagnosed if you have at least three of these health hassles.
1. A large waistline more than 35 inches for women, 40 inches for men
2. A high triglyceride level 150mg/dl or more
3. A lower than normal level of HDL cholesterol, less than 50mg/dl in women, 40 in men
4. Elevated blood pressure 130/85 or above
5. A high blood sugar level 110mg/dl or more
Can you add anything to this?
