With the year winding down, is anyone already thinking about their 2012 goals? I have started a journal and included the changes made in 2011.
No haven't started as yet. But I'm planning to start my journal next month.
Hi Kristal, yes I have!!! I'm excited for 2012. I've still got some long term goals I'm working on, but have decided to also throw in a couple of brand new - take me out of my comfort zone - goals
In 2012 I plan to have all my applications for low income services filled out and sent for. It will be such a relief to get these things off my plate. I might actually be able to work on things that make me happy!
My 2012 goals are to get things in order. Work on my house, work on my writing. I did reach one of my 2012 goals. I applied for and became editor of the Job Searh site here at BellaOnline and I've increased my writing elsewhere as well.
I'm still trying to find a system to clear the paper clutter in my house.
I HAVE started making some household repairs. It's going to be a GREAT year!
I did work on my application for disability today. A two hour phone call! Yikes. But i feel very relieved to have that done. Food stamps is next. Just plowing along...
Dianne, I am all about using binders to sort and control my papers. I am happy to talk more about this with you.
I am a fan of binders too Jilly - I'm glad they are working so well for you! It's wonderful how you are getting through your tasks!
I maintain a 5 yr and 1 yr goal set and it keeps me focused. One of my one year goals was to self-publish 5 of my medieval novels, and the 5th one is going live tomorrow!! It feels so amazing, I never could have done it if I didn't write it down, set dates, and have them hanging in front of me. I would have just kept putting them off until later.
Lisa, that is truly amazing and you should feel very proud of yourself. What a wonderful thing to do for yourself - such a gift! And it seems to be going pretty well!
