Hygge and Tea - 02/01/17 03:18 AM
Hi Mary,
Nougat anyone?
I really enjoyed reading this article - it is an introduction to a way of living that I have been in search of for obvious reasons and now that it is a 'global' concept and has a word to describe it, well, it will make it easier I am sure.
Hygge (I am told pronounced 'HueGah') makes the ordinary day, extraordinary and ordinary things extraordinary.
Slowing down in our busy worlds by recognizing simple moments makes a lot of sense ... and of course what better way to do it all must include your favourite cuppa!
Gotta go - am off to huegah something.
Cheers
