Hi Mary,

Nougat anyone?

I really enjoyed reading this article - it is an introduction to a way of living that I have been in search of for obvious reasons and now that it is a 'global' concept and has a word to describe it, well, it will make it easier I am sure.

Hygge (I am told pronounced 'HueGah') makes the ordinary day, extraordinary and ordinary things extraordinary.

Slowing down in our busy worlds by recognizing simple moments makes a lot of sense ... and of course what better way to do it all must include your favourite cuppa!

Gotta go - am off to huegah something.

Cheers

Dear Lestie4containergardens,

(Huegah)Hygge is everywhere and I am embracing the concept quite well, along with my upcoming class in mindfulness; it fits right in. Hopefully I'll be right on pace for all those goals I was talking about earlier in January! Hahaha Have a great day and Namaste your (Huegah)Hygge!!
