For Valentine's Day try this little over 21 drink:
Amaretto Tea:
6oz hot tea
2oz Amaretto
1 1/2 of whipped topping/cream
Make tea~let cool put into heat-safe glass (drink looks pretty in this type glass)
Add Amaretto (but do not stir!!!)
Top with whipped cream!
Serve! Yum!

Hey there! found on the side of the box of Lipton black tea bags:
Hot 'n Spicy Chocolate tea (makes 2 servings)
1 cup 1% or fat free milk
1 cup water
2 Lipton regular size tea bags (can use decaff.)
1 TBSP sugar or to taste
1tsp choc. syrup
1/8 tsp grnd. cinnamon
1/8 tsp grnd. ginger
1/8 tsp grnd. nutmeg
Bring milk & water to just a boil in 2 qt. saucepan. Remove and add Lipton tea bags. Cover, brew for 2-5 min. Remove tea bags and squeeze. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
Sounds tasty & easy.

Chocolate Tea Bark
(as seen in the April 2013 issue of Better Homes & Gardens)
They suggest this as a take away gift for a tea party.
*8 oz. good quality semisweet and bittersweet chocolate (they used Scharffen Berger)finely chopped
*1/4 cup tea leaves (green teas with herbal or floral notes work best)
*1/2 tsp. sea salt flakes (they used Maldon)
Melt choc. in heatproof bowl over simmering water
Line a half-sheet pan with parchment paper (13 x 18)
Pour chocolate on and spread to the edges
Immediately sprinkle tea over chocolate followed by the sea salt.
Set this aside for 2 hours or until firm.
Cut into pieces with chef knife.
* Present in little cute packages for guests or serve on a fancy serving tray.
Play with types of your favorite teas & favorite chocolates.

Refreshing and thirst quenching:
Make a pitcher of green tea the way you always do, Chill in refrigerator.
Then add sliced cucumbers to the pitcher...yummy good treat for hot days.
*Display in glass pitcher or glass drink dispenser sure to be a crowd pleaser!
*variation serve with floating lemons as well!

over 21 drink:
1 cup brewed black tea(chilled not hot)
1/4 cup Bourbon
3 tbsp. simple syrup
1tbsp fresh lemon juice
Mix all together and then top with ice
Float lemon slice
Pretty & great for parties!

Pomegranate Iced Green Tea
Needed:
1 bag of green tea
3/4 c of water
1 tbsp. pomegranate juice
3 Nectresse sweetners packets (can use whatever sweetner)
Preparation:
Steep the tea in hot water 2-3 minutes
discard bag.
Add remaining ingredients & stir until blended. Pour tea over ice.
*this recipe was found on the free Nectresse sweetner sample I received.
