I've just spent the deay interviewing candidates for a position. Some of my favorites no-no's in today's interviews?

Please don't use "Ya know what I'm sayin'" after every sentence. It's unprofessional and very distracting. It's hard to actually understanding anything you're saying.

Asking of we could "come back to that question" for almost every other question. Perhaps you were not prepared?

Out of 6 candidates, 2 were no-call, no-shows. The problem is that we could fill those 2 slots with people that maybe could have really used the job.

And this is the same people who sue and complain when they do not get the jobs or whatever else they wanted because of course they are perfect so there is no way it is their fault .
