Wow, did she look hot or what?

Did anyone see her Barbara Walter's interview? She sang a few lines from a song and it gave me chills.

I can't believe how well she has done in such a short amount of time. Her curves definitely aren't holding her back!

I just saw her giving a tiny it of her acceptance speech here in England on the telly. When she was crying.

What I know of her story is fantastic. I really want to see Dreamgirls. I've got to check to see if it's at the cinema this week-end.

As I understand it, she won a singing contest. Then she was cast in Dreamgirls and the rest is history? What happened between winning the contest and the movie??? //(^.^)\\

Actually, she didn't win the contest. She made it to the final 12 on American Idol and was told by Simon Cowell she didn't have what it takes before she was booted off. Which I believe was about 2 1/2 years ago.

She competed with about 700 other girls for the part in Dreamgirls.

When you take into consideration the casting, rehearsal and movie making process, she's been busy. Not to mention all the talk shows she's been on.
