What do you like as an antipasto?

Cinzia.....I do enjoy antipasto. I prefer provalone and parmigiano reggiano cheeses over the mozzarella (I like my mozzarella hot and melted), but otherwise this variety of ingredients sounds absolutely delicious. Thanks for sharing!
