They have cotton hankies and many other hemstitched items at
Hemstitcher.com. I have ordered from them to make hankies for weddings and have been very satisfied with the quality.

I've got to post my old standby with hankies. If you can't find what you're looking for, how about getting a sheet and making a bunch of them. The price is so much cheaper and if you have a serger, all you have to do is to use another hankie as a pattern and serge the edges. You can, then, turn the edges under and sew with a tiny seam or just leave it with the serged edge.
