I've been drawing since I could hold a crayon, and I'm a grandma now. Art, especially drawing and coloring, always helps me manage stress. I make many line art drawings and share them as coloring pages for all ages on my web sites. Feel free to print and color in your favorites and you'll see how the simple act of coloring with markers, colored pencils or crayons can truly ease your mind or make a long wait pass more quickly. Nice to do alone, or with friends, or the grandchildren!

I like that idea. Drawing and coloring is an excellent way to calm the mind and relieve stress. The good news is that there are a ton of free applications to download to your smart-phone that let you color or draw to your heart's desire.

Coloring is one of my favorite past time, I would not say it reduces my stress when I do it but I do enjoy it.
