Let's inspire each other! What did you eat that was healthy today?

I had southwestern pasta salad with whole grain pasta, black beans, bell peppers, tomatoes, and corn. Yum!
My breakfast was...not healthy.

Lunch was seasoned field peas with snap beans and a side of strawberries - simple and delicious!

For dinner, we grilled hamburgers, but I did have green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapenos on mine with a side of raw broccoli.
