Good tips! Did you know that the sun is the number one culprit behind skin wrinkles. It's so true! Avoid too much sun exposure ladies when it is high in the sky and do use a skin cream with SPF 15 or higher.

Yes true but do not forget to use a sun blocker even when the sun is hidden behind the clouds as the harmful rays will still affect your skin. Don't forget to put it on the backs of your hands and around the neck, these are areas that are often forgotten and that look bad after someone has had some surgery done.

Wash five times per day? This is such a waste of water! Two times a day for the face is enough just like one shower per day is enough.
