Hi everyone, all of you must be wondering why no new articles are being uploaded on the orchid site. The reason behind this, my friends, is that presently I am going through a lot of stress and am hard pressed for time.

My son was diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma and his chemotherapy has started. This phase is very crucial and we have to keep in mind a lot of do's and don't's for his successful treatment.

Though, I have a half written article on 'Hydrogels and Orchids', but I am finding it hard to complete it. Please bear with me, as and when I get some time I will try to finish the article and post it asap.

Take care all of you and stay healthy ('healthy' has taken a new meaning for me now).
Prayers for your son and you.
I wish your son the best of luck and I hope he pulls through and is rid of this awful disease forever!
Anu, I am so very sorry to read this news. I can't imagine what your are going through. Sending you infinite prayers, good wishes & thoughts. Hugs to you both <3
Anu, don't worry about BOL. You just take care of your son and your family. Please remember to be kind to yourself. Hugs!
Anu, I hope that the chemo works for your son and that all will be well. But I know it's a terribly difficult time for everyone. Blessings to all the family who will need to be strong.
My dear friends, Angie, Nancy, Sadhana, Connie and Mona thank you so much for the kind words. Prayers and wishes are badly needed. Thanks for the hugs Sadhana and Connie.

The day he was diagnosed was really a bad one. But with time, I have come to terms with it and so has the family, especially my son. He was so afraid frown and was trying to hide his fear. He became very aggressive and negative. But things were back to normal when he realised that we know he is afraid. So now the things are somewhat normal.

Second chemo session is on. Thanks again dear friends for your kind wishes.
Anu, I am praying for your son and all your family ...
Susan thank you so much. I need those prayers badly.
Hi friends, Happy New Year!!! God Bless You all

I am back, my son's chemotherapy is over. The doctor was quite positive and has asked us to get another scan done. Things will be more clear then.

I have posted an article on water beads as promised. Check it out!
Welcome back, Anu. I'm glad you've had some good news and hope that your son is well.
Thank you, Dear.
I hope the scan will show that your son beat that cancer!
Anu, I'm continuing to pray for your son! :)
Anu, I'm so sorry to hear about you troubles. Glad the chemo is over. I'm praying for strength for your son and for you.
Hi all,

Nancy the God has been kind to us, and the scan has revealed that the cancer is no longer there.

Susan and Lynne, I have no words how to thank you. It's all these prayers and kind thoughts that have helped us go through the tough time. Chemo sessions were not good. My son had lost most of his strength, apart from the other obvious side - effects of the chemo therapy. But he was able to maintain a very positive frame of mind and that was possible because of all these blessings and prayers being said for him.

God Bless You All
