On the National Anthem some useful information was seen. It is to be noted here that , in all cine halls of those days, after the movie , this used to be played with our Nation Flag flapping up. We all used to rise up and stand in silence to give due respect it surely deserves. Suddenly they withdrew , this mandatory condition to the theaters May be many disrespected by moving out of the hall. For the kind of behavior seen in cinema halls these days, I think its best not to play the National Anthem or hoist the flag. I think in those days movies were also meant to instill good moral values and playing the anthem at the end made sense. India had also only recently become an independent nation and so reverence for the anthem and the flag must have been high then.
