The horrifying news hit Australia last night at about 7:15pm. London is a favorite destination of many Aussies, so most people tend to know (through the 6 degrees of separation) at least one person living in London.
The shock was even more when this morning on the news we heard that 6 Aussies were in hospital.
On the radio this morning, they were speaking with a bloke who was also involved in the Bali Bombings - he left the Sari Club 10 minutes before it exploded, and now was on the escalators coming up from Kings Cross Station when the bomb went off there.
It's not often Australian men cry in public, but this one was.
Our support and prayers go out to all those in London at this time, and especially to those Australians over there.
