Hello all!! I am moving soon and once I get settled I would like to start a garden and perhaps try my hand at growing some vegetables. Any suggestions on what to start out with? Or a website I could look at to read up on tips etc

Hello Infelicway,

Good luck with your move and when you get settled, let me know if there is anything I can do to get you on your way - there is so much you can do with containers for growing your own vegetables and herbs, and you must surely have some favourites.

Cheers for now

I have moved and am happier than a pig in poo lol. I would love to grow something and was thinking vegetable or maybe herb. Perhaps start off small and as I learn I could venture into the more diffictult stuff but for now any ideas or suggestions are very much welcomed. Is broccoli hard to grow or what about carrots?

Hi Infelicway
I would love to help you get your new garden started. I have a quite a bit of gardening experience and have some easy tips that could probably help you. What time of day do you get sun and for how many hours? Also, do you know what Zone you are in? If not, what state are you living in. Carrots and broccoli should be fairly easy for you if your growing conditions are compatible.
