It sounds a lot like aromatherapy for the spirit. I do use incense as a spiritual tool. But nothing puts me in a spiritual vibration faster than the fragrance of nature: an ocean breeze, floral gardens, fresh pine trees.

I never thought to get some essential oils for this purpose when I am indoors. Thank you for the suggestion!

And I often spritz some light baby powder scented perfume on my pillows and sheets. It gives me a comforting, soothing feeling as I drift off to sleep.
