Well, the subject is categorized under "Food and Wine" which I think too narrowly defines it. Since etiquette is fundamentally about how to interact with others in a tactful and kindly way, I think the subject would be better categorized under "Relationships".

That way, discussion could be about a wide range of etiquette topics, from cell phones in public to how to include feuding divorced parents in one's wedding.

I agree with you. I'd thought that as well, but though that maybe it was just me.
