Hi Angie,
In fact, the verb "llover" is one of those "irregular" verbs. It is exactly an "stem-changing" verb. This means that, although the infinitive is llover, when it is conjugated, its stems changes. The stem of llover is llov-, and when we conjugate it, it becomes lluev-.
In this case, the translation for your sentence is:
"Llueve aqu esta noche". (Can you see the change of the verb stem?)
oh, one more thing: It is not "tradusca", but "traduzca".
Hasta pronto! (See you!)
