Yes you will know when you fall in love but how long does it usually take you? From when you begin dating to the point where you suspect your partner could THE ONE?

The answer, I would think, would be different for each and every relationship.

As for falling... I find, now that I am in midlife, I no longer "fall" as much as I walk in... cautiously, looking both ways, and not a little behind me. I've also found over my lifetime, that no one love I have felt resembles any other love.

I have just turned 18 and I myself know that there is no time limit on falling in love. Love is something that comes naturally, you cannot put a time period on it nor rush it. It happens when it happens.
