I'm just wondering if anyone has a garden train or is interested in having one. DH and I are in the process of installing one, and it is really exciting. For the first time in my life, I'm actually interested in doing some real gardening and working with perennials. Up to this time, I've only been interested in instant color and gratification with annuals. Oh boy, what I've missed!

Anyway, putting in the train and all its scenery, not to mention the garden around and within the train bed is lovely and will add much to our yard/garden and entertain our family and us.

I've always thought it would be really neat to have a garden train, but just keeping up with the minimum of my yard is a struggle for me...

I thought it would be great too and maybe someday. I know there is a magazine on the subject. I think it is called Garden Railroads. They sure are nice once they are set up.
