Marvin Franklin, age 58 was 3 times the legal limit and had a pornographic dvd playing, as he drove down the wrong stretch of the highway.
He caused a head on collision and took another man's life.
Franklin, will be serving out the rest of his life in prison.
And, he now is wheel chair confined.
