Does anyone have LOW BP problems along with fibro and how do you treat it?
Pain from fibro, arthritis and a pinched neck nerve are pretty well controlled with Tramadol and a tailored exercise program I do faithfully every day.
Am also on DM2 and osteoporosis meds and several supplements plus low carb diet.
Sleep and CFS issues remain and are worsened by episodes of low blood pressure.
Your ideas most welcome.

getting enough sleep can often 'solve' many of the other problems encountered with fibro. there are sleep routines to try, and positioning to reduce the stress on joints that can help. meditation and mindfulness can lessen stress so sleep can happen. for the low blood pressure, unless it's a combination of meds that is causing it, you just have to remember to be mindful (present) when sitting up or standing. move only as quickly or as far as your body will allow you to. I just joined this forum, hope the response gets to you.
