The graduation degree was considered as the guarantee of getting good job. But now the situation has changed a lot. In the corporate world the employers are demanding the education more then graduation. there are very few who think that it is OK with the graduation degree but most of the employer are now interested in the beyond the graduation degree.

I think they want to hire people who are already capable of working with less supervision. This maybe one of the reasons why employers take into consideration the educational achievements of a certain individual. However, with perseverance and determination, anyone can just acquire a very good earning job :)! All the best.
