Bridget, one of our BellaOnline readers, emailed me with two of her recipes for very easy King Cakes, which are traditional to serve on Mardi Gras; one is for a large king cake and the other for minis. If you're planning to make Mardi Gras food, you might want to check these recipes out. I plan to try both this weekend. If anyone tries these before I get the chance, let me know how they turn out.
