It's a shame this sort of thing happens, I hope it doesn't discourage people from drinking shakes. Everything can have a problem every once in a while, but you have to keep on with your life.

If you ever watched the movie Food Inc. you'd want to be a self sufficient farmer. It's amazing what the FDA will ok when it comes to our food.

I definitely agree that eating local farmer's market food and growing your own is the best way to go! I'm not able to raise my own cows though so I do need to trust someone

buying a side of beef or a hog from a local farmer would be much better than buying from the local market.
