Processed Meats Cause Cancer

I've been advising for years to stay away from any processed meats and stay with the natural ones. Be healthy!

Do you tend to eat processed meats?

You have that right. Some of them are terrible. I advise my husband if he buys meat for the kids for sandwiches, to buy the in store home made meat such as turkey breast or roast beef. At least you know they are not full of msg and other additives that we don't want to bother looking up in the dictionary.

And I've noticed over the last year or so that when I do eat pre-sliced turkey sandwich meat, it always makes me feel horrible.

I agree. I don't think our bodies are meant to ingest some of the things they put into processed foods. Bob does our shopping so I ask him to get the fresh turkey breast and such for our sandwiches.
