I made a vegetable* curry with rice and a small piece of naan
*butternut, sweet potato, green beans, mangetout, baby sweetcorn, orange bell pepper, baby aubergines
delish and very filling
Swartland Winery Bush Vine Pinotage 2011 to drink with it, with a glass of Francis Boulard's Champagne as an aperitif
I had pork and sauerkraut and a baked sweet potato on the side. At midnight, DH and I enjoyed sparkling cider and ollieballen - the original doughnuts.
