Are you a full-time student, or even part-time student who works or takes care of kids during the day? Life's demands have a way of taking up most of our day allowing us little time to take care of our bodies.

Our next article discusses this problem and how lack of exercise can not only affect the body, but also affects the mind. Learn more about the benefits Exercise and Learning in this week's Distance Learning article.

Have you established an exercise ritual that works for you? We'd love to hear your feedback.

Exercise and Learning

That's a great article! I definitely concur that staying active helps me stay mentally alert too. The two seem to go hand in hand smile.

I do yoga each morning, and I love that. It is relaxing and also it feels quite good to do the stretches.

Hi Lisa:

I recently started Yoga, looked like a pretty low-key exercise until I actually tried it. I'll have to say it's challenging, but a very effective and relaxing exercise to learn, focusing on both the mind and body.

Thanks for providing the link, when I tried I received a warning. Not sure why?
