Tracking menopausal symptoms
Oh Tammy, this is such a good idea :::sigh:::

I'm sure that I'm in pre menopause.

My body is doing so many new things - sometimes it freaks me out!

And the new aches, and tenderness, and anxiety, and emotional ups and downs!

My daughter is a pre-teen starting puberty. You can imagine the excitement in this house LOL!!
fishI was told that when you have not had a period for 12 months = you are in menopause.

I am keeping fingers and toes crossed that I make it to the 12th month as in the past I got EXCITED, and guess what showed up (lol).

So I guess I am in "pre" until 12th month.........

Hi there - I started my menopause at 45 whilst living in Spain so was unable to ask for help. My dress size went up from size 14 to 20, I became very depressed all the time and was continuous arguing with my husband and drastic mood swings. Everything got me down and I was crying over the slightest problem. I returned back to the UK 3 years ago and finally went to see a doctor. I was diagnosed with under active thyroid. I joined weigh watchers, took my medicine and for the past 6 months I have been on a diet - lost 3 stone and my life has changed for the better.
