In retrospect, was it dire or daring?

That movie scared me so much when I saw it as a child that to this day I refuse to watch it! I don't even remember what it was about but I recall how scared I was and how long it took me to gte over it and that alone won't get to me watch it again. It did play on a channel not long after I moved and I did go to that channel but one or two seconds after I was out of there, I just can't do it. Hopefully I will one day watch it, I bet I will find it boring or/and stupid, maybe even like or love it!
