Hey guys - I want to wish you an early Happy Thanksgiving!

You know, I love the taste of biscotti but they are always too hard on my mouth. So I searched for a recipe that I could adapt and found one on Americas Test Kitchen.

It's right in the middle between rock hard and too crumbly. So when you dunk it doesn't disappear, and when you eat it regular it's perfect for your mouth.

Forward this to a friend for the holidays...it's a really nice recipe. Almond Biscotti for the holidays!
