A couple of years ago I bought a book about what it was like to travel to vacation in the Catskills on New York in the 40's to 60's. It grabbed my attention because my good friend has talked about vacationing in the Catskills. The book is titled "It Happened in the Catskills" by Myrna and Harvey Frommer. The photos are a treasure, there is one of basketball great Wilt Chamberlain bellhoping in the 1950's at a place called Kutsher's.
I like to read literary fiction and love stories.
I like to read about investing and I love to read romance novels - Regencies and intrigue romances.
I like to read true stories, or stories based on fact. I really can't read fantasy.
Like with the movies I preffer horror and suspense but also like movies I can read something else and love it.
I love to read romance novels or anything that interests me.
kindertouch, that's my reading pleasure as well. I like romance novels, but often my favorites lean towards the "women's fiction" end.
I really like to read historical fiction. I love children's books and enjoy self-help/motivational books.
I used to read investing books. I still have several here at home, I still have what I is my favorite the money book, it is one I will not donate to my library. I will keep it to remind me how I moved from A to Z.
