Do you have an issue you would like to find out more about? Is there a subject you would like to know more on?

Please feel free to put in a request and I'll do my best to write an article that covers it for you. Not making any promises! Will do what I can though smile
Looking for inspiration for todays article. Any ideas anyone?

Love reading what you have to say. Maybe an article about taking the focus off commercialism and more into observing or making new traditions for the holidays.
Thanks Sheryl. Glad you like reading my work.

Good idea! I'll give it some thought. The essence is lost now...
Oh I'd love to see articles on making gentle changes, or little changes, for someone who has something like OCD, or depression. Like what are some little steps.

I have several clients with bigger issues than I've had in my personal experience. So, I can't exactly say that something that worked for me could work for them, you know?

I am not a therapist, but I do ministerial counseling (I'm a minister) and psychic readings. I often have people asking me for advice on some action they could take in that moment. I always refer them to their therapist, or life coach, but if there was another proven technique I could share, as a "tip" that would be awesome.

I'd also love to read more about how practices, like positive thinking, or gratitude, are more than just being in denial (so many people really believe that, so aren't willing to even give it a try).

Thanks Tracy!

And I LOVE everything you've already been sharing too!!!
Great ideas - thank you! I'll give it some thought and see what I can come up with.

I know what you mean about 'positive thinking' as a way of pretending everything is ok when it's not.

Thank you!
I'd love to read about removing the shame from mental illness. I have suffered from Generalized Anxiety Disorder most of my life, and have had two major depressive episodes (including a run-in with PTSD), and I find it hard to move past the stigma surrounding medication, which I take and will probably take for most of my life. We never question insulin for depression, but somehow Prozac and its ilk suggests that we are too weak to deal with life on our own.
Hi Korie thank you for sharing and for your thoughts. What a great subject. It's so true. I'll give it some thought and see what I can come up with.

Thanks again!
