The US's second set of live-born octuplets were born in California earlier today.

This set hasn't been named yet, but it consists of 6 boys and 2 girls. (Ironically, the first set was the opposite--6 girls and 2 boys.)

Well I had to find all 8 letter names and names with 4 letter nicknames...My last name is Smith I do not know what the parents last name is however and these may not go with that name.

8 babies! madness - it makes my dilema over naming my baby seem trvial! Baby names is soooo hard, lol. I'm 32 weeks now and not totally sure about my little mans name yet but dont mind sharing with others! Im liking Dylan a lot right now, but still unsure. I'd probably name them One though Eight. lol.

If the eighth one was a girl she would have to be Octavia. Maybe I'd research the number eight and see what is identified with 'eight' and see what I could get out of that.

I think I'd name them alphabetically:

Andrea or Aden, Brenda or Bradley, Charise or Charles, Diane or Devon, Erin or Edwin, Francine or Franklin, Gwen or Gavin, Helene or Hudson.

Hudson seems to be a gender-neutral name these days.

I would absolutly love to have octuplets, when im at least 20, 14 is just not good to have kids yet! See i would want them all to start with the same letter. My favorite letter for kids to start with is "K"! But oh well i would probably not do that! Too hard to find 8 names!!! Soooo........
