I would probably go with a name that has two or more syllables -- just because another one-syllable name next to Skye (either before or after) might make the combination sound sort of choppy.

I tend to favor pairing uncommon names with more tradition ones, so I'd suggest things like

Elizabeth Skye
Skye Michelle
Melissa Skye

and so on. Just some ideas.

Nancy, you were right. "Skye" was intended to be a female name. My hubby wanted that name, I wanted something to go with it.

Madison seems to be usual nowadays. I would welcome more suggestions. Thanks again for all the names you gave.
