Peppadew peppers are small bright red peppers that are sweet and spicy at the same time. They are about the size of cherry tomatoes. While Peppadews are expensive, about $12 a jar, it doesn't take a lot of Peppadew to add a splash of their wonderful flavor. Here are some easy ideas for their use.

When I checked the Amazon link for the Peppadews, I found that they dropped the price this week to $8 a jar. That is about 1/3 off what they usually cost. Not cheap, but better. I ordered 2 jars, since they have a shelf life of 3 years.

The trick will be to save them until a special occasion. I could snack on them right out of the jar!
