Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day are coming and at least one special meal is on the horizon. Brightly Colored Fruit Salad can be a star on your meal table.

This fruit salad is so fresh and filled with sweet deliciousness that it doesn't seem possible that it is also full of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. My fruit salad is as easy to make as 1-2-3! It's simple enough for an everyday meal, but tasty and gorgeous enough to make any meal a special event.

Brightly Colored Fruit Salad
I posted my article for Easter weekend early, so that you would have access to this wonderful fruit salad. I am not a fruit salad fan, but this one is exceptional. It is a real star of the dinner table. In fact, you could garnish it with slices of star fruit.

Just in case you want a fruit salad, now you have the ingredients list before you do your meal shopping.

Have a wonderful Easter weekend. I'll send the newsletter out next Saturday, so that you will have a link to keep that goes to the salad.
Use the fruits that you love to personalize this salad!
If you need something tasty AND pretty on your special occasion table, try this fruit salad! Colorful and nutritious!

Make the bowl really pop! Garnish this with star fruit slices!
I'm serving this for Easter dessert with almond flour shortbread cookies. It will taste so good and fresh!
Versatile! Great for a sandwich meal, buffet, or special occasion.

Connie, I'm quite taken with this idea, and have pasted it into my recipes file. I think this would make an unusual and lovely dessert for company.
Brightly Colored Fruit Salad is lovely to look at. Click the link to see a picture!

This is really good with almond shortbread cookies.
This would be really great for a Mother's Day brunch. You could even make it the day before, so that you can enjoy more time with Mom!

Brightly Colored Fruit Salad
We are having company for breakfast, so I made a couple of quarts of this salad. It will look lovely in my mother's pressed glass fruit boat.

Connie, you are a wizard with the fruit salad idea! It is my favorite way to eat fruit - for me with my diabetes 2, I finish up my day with a small fruit salad instead of cinnamon toast. wink
Susan
Susan, please do try the Kale Salad. I am just addicted. It is a pound of kale, 2 cups shredded red cabbage, 1 cup shredded carrots, 1/2 cup of oils, 1/3 cup honey, and a bit of hot sauce.

It is good to eat 3 times a day.

Thanks for your feedback!
BTW, I am not a fruit salad fan, but I love this one.
