You could also make a horsey sauce for part of the roast.
Vegetable soup and steak soup art two good additions to any sandwich meal. Making these soups is a souper way to use up a dry roast.

You are so welcome Susan. I thought sandwich lovers everywhere might want to have some more ideas about saving money while having a great sandwich meal.
If you thinly slice the roast and slather on muffaletta olive salad when you make a sandwich, that helps to make the roast less dry. The olive salad contains a lot of good oil.
Buzz the roast up in the blender. Then, add garlic, mayo, and muffaletta. Use the meat paste to make roll-ups.
Buzz the roast up in the food processor and make it into beef enchiladas or soft tacos.
