Years ago, we had a local restaurant called El Pollo Rico. Their food was absolutely fresh and extremely tasty. The breakfast burrito could make you dizzy just looking at it and smelling its wonderful aroma.

It was huge! Stuffed with egg, chorizo, peppers, onions, hash browns, the kitchen sink, a dish towel, or two (just kidding!), but you get the idea. My husband and I speak longingly of those long-ago burritos. Nobody else around here makes a burrito that begins to compare with those chunky beauties.

I love a breakfast burrito with Jack's Salsa. It just tastes so fresh! On a good day, my salsa is better than Jack's. However, on a week by week basis, Jack's salsa is easier to use and really tasty.
