I did develop that recipe to go with the Mini-Pumpkin Soup. I was going to post it here, but I think that I'll write a quick article. These little beauties are not quite a sandwich; on the other hand, they might be the perfect open face toasted cheese sandwich.

Have you tried flattening the snack balls before baking? Bake it until it is almost done, then put a piece of cheese on top and brown it off! WOWEE! It is a decadent sandwich.
