Hello,

Not sure if it is since the weather turned here in the UK or whether there is just a general theme I have noticed. A lot of people I meet are feeling low, not happy with their lot and feeling like they never get anywhere.

It's easy to feel sorry for ourselves, however there is always something to be grateful for. When we look for things to be grateful for we find them, and we start to feel better smile

I invite you to write 5 different things a day that you are grateful for, for 30 days.

1. I am grateful for the potatoes that I grew and harvested on Saturday.
2. I am grateful for my family and the love we share.
3. I am grateful for my friends who are nurturing and supportive.
4. I am grateful for the end of summer festival I attended yesterday.
5. I am grateful for the new people I met at the festival and potential opportunity that has been brought into my consciousness.

3. I am grateful I have a job, food, and shelter
4. I am grateful to have my horses

I am grateful for my new home, that my bees have been put somewhere beautiful, new business opportunities, the beauty of nature as the leaves are turning and the massage I will have once I move house on Saturday smile
